钢化玻璃均质炉 Heat Soak Furnace 

钢化后的玻璃,在无外力作用时仍会发生自爆,这是钢化玻璃自身的特性所决定。钢化玻璃自爆源于硫化,在钢化处理的加热阶段,硫化镍是高温态的(α~Nis),在快速冷却时,高温态的(α~Nis)来不及向低温态的(β~Nis)进行转变。这种晶型转变从热处理后的几分钟到安装后的十几年里一直存在,(α~Nis)转变为(β~Nis)会导致体积膨胀,破坏玻璃内部的应力平衡,最终导致玻璃自爆。钢化玻璃均质炉是钢化玻璃生产的辅助设备。在玻璃钢化工序完成后,进入均质炉进行引爆测试和消除残余的硫化镍,将存在“自爆”隐患的钢化玻璃在测试过程中提前引爆,从而避免了钢化玻璃安装后再次发生“自爆”,大大地提高了建筑物的安全可靠性。该机的特点是计算机过程监测控制,多路曲线实时显示,数据存储及查询,同时多条曲线打印。该机可进行低温釉烘烤炉和弯夹玻璃抽真空预压炉使用。可根据客户需要进行设计。

Tempered glass could have spontaneous breakage without receiving any external force, which is the nature of tempered glass. The reason comes from nickel sulfide inside the glass. Nickel sulfide is α~Nis in high temperature during the heating section of tempering procedure, when cooled rapidly in cooling section, there is no enough time for it to turn into β~Nis of low temperature. The morphic transformation will last for a dozen years after the tempering glass is installed, and this transformation can lead to volumetric expansion, damaging glass internal stress balance, which will eventually bring about spontaneous breakage.

Heat soak furnace is assistant equipment to tempering. Upon completion of glass tempering procedure, the glass is tested in the heat soak furnace to ignite those tempering glass with potential spontaneous breakage in advance, eliminating rudimental Nickel sulfide and to avoid breakage happening after installation. This increases the safety and reliability of buildings. The machine is characterized with computer in-process monitoring and controlling, multi curve display, data storage, record check and curve printing. This machine can be extended to be used in drying low frit heating and pre-pressing of bending lamination glass. The machine can be customized.
